About The Position

Sevita is seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join their team as Overnight Caregivers in Kingston. In this role, you will provide rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. You will develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, experience ownership and trust from leadership, and take initiative to help participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You will also support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This role involves assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate
Willing to transport clients in company van
Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
