Requirements

• A passion to serve and a strong sense of reliability
• Someone alert and dependable through a full 12-hour overnight shift
• High school diploma or GED
• Access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Overnight monitoring and safety checks
• Personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Meal prep and feeding support as needed
• Light housekeeping and organizing
• Companionship and reassurance through the night
• Providing peace of mind to their families
