About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a dedicated caregiver in Marlborough, MA to work consistently with the same clients, week after week. This role is for individuals who prefer to grow real relationships rather than work one-off assignments. The caregiver will be a familiar face to the client, assisting with daily tasks and providing companionship.
Requirements
- A genuine commitment to a full-time, ongoing schedule.
- Valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is a plus, but not required - we'll train you.
Responsibilities
- Helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Cooking meals and keeping the home clean and comfortable.
- Running errands.
- Giving medication reminders.
- Providing companionship, including conversation and walks.
- Being present for clients during difficult moments.
- Monitoring client well-being and responding calmly to any issues.
