About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services – Dallas is currently hiring a dependable, attentive, and compassionate caregiver for an overnight assignment in the Richardson area. This position is ideal for a caregiver who is comfortable working overnight hours and understands the importance of remaining alert, engaged, and responsive throughout the entire shift. This is not a sleeping shift.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual caregivers
- Must remain awake, attentive, alert, and actively engaged for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to work independently overnight
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and safety-focused personality
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and support
- Assist with basic ADLs
- Help maintain a safe environment for a fall-risk client
- Monitor client throughout the night and respond promptly if assistance is needed
- Provide companionship and reassurance during overnight hours
- Follow the established care plan and safety procedures
