About The Position
Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced caregivers for overnight assignments in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer working nights, are looking for longer shifts, and enjoy providing consistent support to seniors during nighttime hours.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Background in home care, CNA/HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing care, or similar
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to complete required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Personal care and daily routines
- Toileting and repositioning
- Mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Overnight safety and companionship
- Meals, hydration, and basic household tasks
- Reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate team
