About The Position

As an Overnight Caregiver with Trove Home Care, you will provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with various daily living activities throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being. Depending on the client's needs, caregivers may be required to remain awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift. Requirements

Hold a valid CNA, PCA, or HHA credential, or meet Trove Home Care's caregiver training requirements.
Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Be able to successfully complete required background and driving record checks.
Be able to safely lift at least 35 lbs.
Be dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client's home.
Have reliable availability for overnight assignments.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention support.
Perform overnight safety monitoring and supervision.
Give medication reminders.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Offer companionship and reassurance.
Assist with morning and evening routines.
Follow individualized care plans and document care provided.
Communicate changes or concerns to the Trove care team.
Remain awake and attentive throughout the overnight shift as required by client needs.
