About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is looking for a dependable overnight caregiver in North Port to provide one-on-one care and companionship to a senior in the comfort of their home. This is an opportunity for caregivers who prefer overnight shifts and are looking for meaningful work with a supportive team. We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers without CNA or HHA certification who have hands-on caregiving experience.
Requirements
- Professional caregiving experience preferred
- Experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Clean Driving Record
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Dependable and comfortable working overnight hours
- Must respect client privacy and confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance
- Overnight companionship and supervision
- Assistance with bathing and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation when needed
- Following the client's individualized plan of care
- Communicating professionally with families and the office team
- Other duties as assigned
