Overnight Caregiver
About The Position
This full-time position involves providing overnight awake care, with a schedule of Thursdays and Fridays from 10 PM to 8 AM, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 PM to 8 AM. The role requires assisting individuals with personal hygiene, supporting those with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and helping participants engage with the community and their favorite activities. You will also support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This role is ideal for compassionate, patient individuals seeking meaningful work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

- Valid driver's license held for at least one year (post-permit)
- Clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
