Overnight Caregiver (HHA/CNA)- Full Time
About The Position
Brandywine Living at Mahwah by Monarch Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Full Time Caregiver (HHA & CNA) to join their team. This role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The Care Manager will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their condition and needs to update their care plans, and encourage participation in community programs and activities. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid.
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year resident care experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
