About The Position
Brandywine Living at Mahwah by Monarch Communities is seeking compassionate and kind individuals to join their team as Overnight Full Time Caregivers (HHA & CNA). This role involves providing personal care services, support, and companionship to residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, updating their care plans based on observed changes, and encouraging participation in community programs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid.
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year resident care experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Update personal Resident Care Plans by observing changes in residents' day and personal care needs.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
