About The Position
We’re currently hiring 3 compassionate caregivers to join our growing team! If you’re a CNA or HCA who enjoys providing meaningful one-on-one care and making a real difference in someone’s daily life, we’d love to hear from you. Our caregivers support seniors in the comfort and safety of their own homes, providing personalized care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Overnight (NOC) shifts are our highest priority, with optional daytime hours available for those seeking additional flexibility and income.
Requirements
- Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Run errands and provide transportation to appointmentsments when needed
- Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior
