About The Position

The Overnight Building Host gives the church building a welcoming, attentive presence during overnight hours while the 24-hour prayer room is open. Hosts are stationed with a view of the parking lot and entrance. They notice who comes and goes, and they report anything unusual by following the church’s written guidelines. This is an observe-and-report role, not a security position. Hosts aren’t expected to confront anyone or step into a situation themselves.
