Requirements

  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy cleaning equipment, and stand for extended periods
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage
  • Acquaint each guest with room and features.
  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Retrieve guest items from cars, busses, and carts
  • Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area
  • Directs guest flow through hotel giving assistance and directions
  • Clean and polish carts
  • Pick up guest laundry to and from guest rooms in a timely manner
  • Report all suspicious persons or activities
  • Respond to guest questions, assistance, directions, and information as requested
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
