About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to unload trucks, break down pallets, restack and move U-boats, and put up new stock. The team member works backstock, including direct-store-delivery vendor backstock on non-delivery days, and replenishes shelves from mass and end displays. Duties also include breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, facing or presenting the store, and moving or stacking pallets.

This position requires continual job cycles and shifts of at least four hours, or longer depending on business needs. The team member must meet the ergonomic, physical, attendance, and performance requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, and must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boats with stocking items.
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or the replenishment lead.
• Remove out-of-code items using the most efficient methods for rotation.
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restack and move U-boats, and put up new stock.
• Work backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
• Break down cartons and bail cardboard.
• Face or present the store and move or stack pallets.
