About The Position

The Associate Center Store Replenishment team member supports store operations by unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restacking and moving U-boats, and putting up new stock. The role includes working backstock, including direct-store-delivery vendor backstock on non-delivery days, and replenishing shelves from mass and end displays. Additional duties include breaking down cartons, baling cardboard, facing or presenting the store, and moving or stacking pallets. The position requires shifts of at least four hours, with longer shifts depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boats with stocking items.
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
• Stock and replenish mass or end displays, rotate product, and present shelving as requested by store management or the replenishment lead.
• Remove out-of-code items using the most efficient methods for rotation.
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restack and move U-boats, and put up new stock.
• Work backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
• Break down cartons and bail cardboard.
• Face or present the store.
• Move or stack pallets.
