Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist Overhead Payables in ACH supplier verification, ACH rejection resolution, National Account liaison and reconciliation, and Overhead Support back up.
• Perform daily ACH supplier verification, including completing internal forms and making verification calls to suppliers.
• Resolve all supplier rejection or NOC notices from NOC reports.
• Manage National Supplier Account Management (Home Depot, Lowe’s, Republic Services), including setting up new locations and confirming billing location accuracy.
• Monitor and reconcile monthly statements.
• Act as a liaison between branches and vendors, pulling invoice copies as needed.
• Reconcile statements and contact vendors to resolve outstanding balances.
• Follow up with other departments and branches as needed for conflict resolution.
• Follow up with National Account contacts to resolve any disputed invoices or service.
• Reconcile National Account Statements monthly to ensure all invoices received at month end are processed.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of expense recognition.
• Provide backup support for the Overhead Support phone line and inbox.
• Provide backup support for Overhead Pay Inquire.
• Provide backup support for the check sorting process.
