About The Position

CTL Aerospace is a full-service NADCAP-certified composite-manufacturing company specializing in Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures. The company is seeking an Ovens/Autoclave Operator for its northern Cincinnati, Ohio location. The role involves operating ovens and autoclaves, managing cure cycles and related information, and delivering cured parts to other departments. The position requires working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Load ovens and autoclaves.
• Hook up vacuum lines and TC wires.
• Select and run cure cycles.
• Verify and check cure information.
• Prioritize cures.
• Enter cure information into a computer.
• Deliver parts to various departments after curing.
• Maintain the 6S schedule.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
