This role involves diagnosing and repairing customer ovens, performing cleanings, and assisting with product and equipment management. Requirements

• Previous experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment
• Open-mindedness and ability/willingness to learn
• Well-versed in technology and software skills
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work correctly within the assigned time
• Diagnose and complete repairs on customer ovens
• Complete customer oven cleanings
• Assist the Service Coordinator in receiving, handling, and management of product and equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
