About The Position

Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Swing Shift Oven Operator to oversee the oven line, ensure product quality, and help keep production running efficiently and safely. This role involves monitoring the oven area, performing quality checks, maintaining production schedules, and supporting a clean and safe work environment. The operator will also assist with changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup tasks, and communicate any quality concerns to leads or supervisors.

Requirements

Ability to work in hot environments throughout your shift.
Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
Able to read and record information such as Safety Data Sheets and production records.
Must be reliable and willing to work weekends as needed.
Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience on a production line preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
