About The Position
We're looking for dependable team members who are ready to work in a fast-paced food production environment! This is a temporary position with opportunities to earn attendance bonuses.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Able to handle fresh and frozen meat throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious
- 6 months machine operator or labor experience
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work in a cold environment handling frozen and fresh meat throughout the day
- Set and monitor oven machine settings based on product specifications
- Check meat temperatures before processing
- Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and team members to maintain a steady flow of materials
- Follow all food safety, quality, and production standards
- Lift up to 55 lbs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a safe and clean work area
