About The Position

The Oven Operator will perform set up and operations of the equipment used to coat wire and create tubing. This role involves troubleshooting process settings to meet output expectations, visually and dimensionally checking products, and setting up and monitoring machines and equipment. The operator will also be responsible for documenting process information on prescribed worksheets and maintaining a clean, neat work area while observing all safety rules and regulations. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to carry out oral and written instructions.
• The ability to adapt to different situations.
• The ability to read job instructions and drawings.
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 60lbs.
• The ability to perform inspection functions such as visual inspection to detect cosmetic defects and color differentiation of products.
• Ability to stand or sit for sustained periods of time.
