Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
• Minimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing
• Comprehension of Technical Documentation (PO’s, Specifications, Blue Prints, etc.)
• Basic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred
• Must be able to maintain a quality delegate stamp or attain and retain a quality delegate stamp
• Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Individual will be able to function in all phases of oven/autoclave operation, providing bonding operators with necessary tooling, tables and cars.
• Coordinate with bonding operators all work going in and out of ovens/autoclaves and assist with moving tools into the staging area.
• Responsible for loading/unloading ovens/autoclaves, hookups and monitoring, equipment operation, and documentation.
• Verify that all tools are connected to vacuum and perform a leak check.
• Prepare oven/autoclave for loading/unloading by performing procedures as documented.
• A full understanding of all controls and recording equipment.
