About The Position

The purpose of this role is to lead the day‑to‑day operation and continuous enhancement of Aztec’s Outsourcing Governance and Oversight framework, ensuring that outsourcing and delegation arrangements across the Group are compliant, well‑governed, risk‑appropriate and consistently applied across jurisdictions, with a particular focus on regulatory expectations. The role combines framework operation, regulatory interpretation, hands‑on oversight, and stakeholder influence, and plays a key role in supporting Boards and Senior Leadership in meeting their regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives and meet deadlines in a changing regulatory environment.
  • University degree and/or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Candidates will be required to complete pre-screening requirements, including providing a criminal record certificate (extrait de casier judiciaire).

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Group Outsourcing Governance Framework, ensuring consistent implementation across jurisdictions and service lines.
  • Support the Head of Regulatory Control in the preparation and running of the Group Outsourcing Forum.
  • Monitor, analyse and interpret regulatory developments relating to outsourcing and delegation (e.g. CSSF, JFSC, EBA‑inspired expectations) and translate these into practical framework updates, guidance and controls.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the business, providing clear guidance on outsourcing and delegation queries, regulatory interpretation and practical application.
  • Provide governance and ongoing oversight of outsourced and delegated activities, including initial and periodic risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
  • Maintain and oversee the Group Outsourcing Register, ensuring completeness, accuracy and audit‑readiness.
  • Coordinate and/or perform ongoing monitoring of outsourced providers, including SLA monitoring, service reviews and issue escalation where required.
  • Support the business with regulatory filings and applications related to outsourcing and delegation (e.g. notifications, approvals, material changes).
  • Prepare and present clear, concise written and verbal reporting to Boards, Senior Leadership, governance forums and regulators where required.
  • Ensure that material issues and control weaknesses (including red‑rated items) are identified, escalated, tracked and remediated, with a clear and evidence‑based path to green.
  • Contribute to relevant risk, regulatory, jurisdictional and operational forums, supporting joined‑up governance across the Group.
  • Lead delivery of outsourcing‑related projects within the team’s annual plan, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.
  • Support the Head of Regulatory Control in defining and implementing the team’s strategy, translating strategic objectives into practical plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with Client Facing Teams, Internal Controls, Risk, Legal, People Operations and Technology, acting as a central point of coordination.
