About The Position

Supports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating unscheduled work, scheduled issues, and preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs). This role also involves parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessary. The Outsourcing Coordinator will source and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/vendors, direct all third-party maintenance repairs, and maintain constant communication, gathering updates and completion times. Data entry into the maintenance EMM system, scrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairs, and profiling/uploading data into the Maintenance software for records are key responsibilities. The role also includes cost analysis of maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility, reviewing and approving items assigned in AP scanning, and auditing for compliance with "Equipment Out", "100 over 60" spreadsheet, "EMM" Maintenance screen, and asset service requirements (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet). Other duties may be assigned, including support in organizing spare maintenance units and maintaining the sublet budget.
