About The Position

This position is for an Outside Student Employee for the Fall term. The role involves various duties related to the golf course operations, including managing golf cars, assisting members and guests, maintaining the practice facility and parking areas, and supporting staff with event setups. The pay range is targeted at $8 - $10/hr, based on education and experience. The work schedule varies based on business needs and the student's class schedule. Travel may be required.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Must attach Fall 2026 OU class schedule
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Bring golf cars to staging area and ensure they are clean and fully equipped with necessary items
• Perform valet duties in the bag drop area, including greeting and interacting with members/guests, and removing bags from cars, providing information, directions and assistance as needed
• Set practice tee prior to guests arriving in a consistent, clean and professional manner
• Clean and pick up parking lot, practice facility, pavilion, and clubhouse area
• Assist golf professional and grill staff in setting up various spaces for scoring, events and other functions
