Outside Sports Staff
About The Position
As an Outside Sports Attendant, you will clean and maintain 16 Har-Tru tennis courts and 15 pickleball courts. You will set up and break down the deck of our wave-less edge resort-style pool. Responsibilities will include pool attendant duties such as washing and folding towels, distributing towels, and check-in of members. You will assist with croquet and special events that occur at our 15,000-square-foot Sports Center. You will have light custodial duties in the locker rooms. You will enjoy working with a variety of people in a festive and fast-paced environment and be proud of the part you play in making sure everyone has a great experience! Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
Requirements
- Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to spend long hours on feet in a variety of environments and in humid temperatures.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Organized and accurate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable.
- Conducts self in a professional manner.
- Presents a neat, clean, and well-kept appearance.
- Interested in self-improvement.
