About The Position

Enger Park Golf Management, located in Duluth, MN, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Services II! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• General knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge.
• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.

• Previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles

Responsibilities

• Staging golf carts, ensuring overall cart, range, and facility cleanliness, tournament set-up/clean-up, maintaining the practice range, and more.
• Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
