About The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Outside Golf Services team. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while helping create a welcoming experience for our Members and guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in golf operations is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
• The Outside Golf Services Attendant is regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• This individual is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers and operate a golf cart.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in golf operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean, maintain, and ensure a professional appearance for golf carts and all practice facilities.
• Assist Members and guests with club cleaning services and transporting golf bags as needed.
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the Outside Golf Services Manager.
• Works in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, and wind.
• Regularly operates a golf cart in a safe manner.
