About The Position
Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is looking to hire a full-time Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant. This entry-level customer service position in hospitality earns a competitive wage of $18/hour, plus the opportunity to earn tips. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of golf operations and the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management
- Ability to present yourself in a clean and professional manner
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Clean golf carts and member-stored clubs according to high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized appearance around the facility.
- Monitor the cart staging area.
- Clear and reset the driving range stations.
- Report guest comments or complaints to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge about the game of golf to better assist guests.
- Participate in staff meetings and training as necessary.
