About The Position

Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is looking to hire a full-time Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant. This entry-level customer service position in hospitality earns a competitive wage of $18/hour, plus the opportunity to earn tips. As an Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant, you are responsible for delivering first-class service to our guests out on the golf course. You clean golf carts and member-stored clubs according to our high-quality standards. Maintaining an organized appearance around our facility, you monitor the cart staging area as well as clear and reset the driving range stations. Whenever a guest comes to you with a comment or complaint, you report it to management in a timely manner to help find a solution. In addition, you maintain a working knowledge about the game of golf in order to better assist our guests. You participate in staff meetings and training as necessary to stay up to date on important information related to our country club. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of golf operations and the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• Good time management skills
• Ability to present oneself in a clean and professional manner
• Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
