This is an outside service coordinator role. Expect to work outdoors 80% of the time. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex. This involves collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition and/or discrepancies, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes coordinating sale vehicle run processes, maintaining direct communication with other auction departments to ensure appropriate movement and organization of client inventory and timely completion of reconditioning services. Building positive relationships with assigned clients, examining vehicles, completing estimates for reconditioning services, coordinating and approving reconditioning services, and conducting condition reports and imaging audits are key aspects of the job. The position requires proficient knowledge of condition report data and the vehicle inspection process to identify previous paint, auto body repairs, frame damage, PDR, etc. The coordinator will educate and act as a liaison for clients on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs. Effective prioritization, professionalism in client relationships, and prompt issue resolution are essential. The role may also involve coordinating redemptions, ensuring proper documentation, complying with PII policies, and maintaining strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines regarding reconditioning services to ensure consistent quality and accuracy per client SLA guidelines. Proficiency with NAAA guidelines for vehicle announcements and brands, as well as computer software including Microsoft Office applications and other internal business platforms, is necessary. A visible commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors is also required, along with active participation in safety activities.
