Outside Service Attendant

About The Position

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that each member or guest receives excellent customer service and an outstanding golf experience. This may include, but not be limited to, greeting guests and assisting with golf bags to and from vehicles, cleaning and staging golf carts, greeting guests after a round and cleaning clubs. This candidate also ensures that the driving range is neat and orderly in the proper club approved presentation complete with range balls, bag stands with alignment sticks, and fully stocked with golf balls at all times.

Requirements

Need to be 16+ years old with an eligible driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assists with the overall upkeep of the bag room and cart storage area
Assists in set up and execution of golf outings.
Provides sincere and courteous service, including bag handling and club cleaning to all guests.
Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion
Answer the bag drop bell service in a prompt and timely manner
Prepares golf carts for play following the standards set by the Club (ex: sharp pencils, towels, tees, and full sand bottles).
Cleans and stores carts at the conclusion of play per standards set by the club.
Cleans and stores all member clubs, and stores in the proper bag storage location.
May be required to perform minimal cart maintenance.
Range maintenance: presents practice facility with practice balls in boxes, bag stands with alignments sticks, and additional stations if needed for an event. Maintains ball inventory throughout the day.
Constantly projects a friendly, helpful attitude to all members/guests.
