About The Position

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring a full-time Outside Service Attendant to help provide a positive experience for members and guests while developing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, the attendant contributes to a global golf and community management organization. Compensation is $19.00 per hour.

The role provides guest services, prepares and maintains practice facilities, manages golf carts and golf-bag storage, and keeps the cart barn and bag room clean and organized. The attendant performs opening and closing duties as directed by Golf Professional Staff and collaborates with teammates to support high-quality service throughout golf operations.

Troon Privé is Troon’s private club division. It partners with private clubs to provide hospitality, personalized service, and member experiences, while offering associates opportunities to grow their careers and develop their talents.

Responsibilities

• Exceed member and guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Greet members and guests on arrival and assist with unloading golf bags and related equipment.
• Welcome players back after their round and assist with club cleaning and storage.
• Set up, monitor, and break down practice areas, including the warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range.
• Keep practice facilities clean and organized and promptly address guest needs.
• Stage golf carts cleanly and orderly for member and guest use.
• Assist with golf cart fleet upkeep, including cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance.
• Ensure golf bags are stored in designated bag stalls.
• Keep the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by Golf Professional Staff.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality service across golf operations.
