About The Position

Terravita Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring a full-time Outside Service Attendant. The role supports a positive experience for members and guests while offering the opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, the attendant contributes to a global golf and community management organization.

The attendant provides guest services, prepares and maintains practice facilities, manages golf carts and equipment, and keeps the cart barn and bag room clean and organized. The position also includes opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff and collaboration with teammates across the golf operation. Compensation is $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Exceed member and guest expectations through exceptional service.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with unloading golf bags and related equipment.
• Welcome players back after their round and assist with club cleaning and storage.
• Set up, monitor, and break down practice areas, including the warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range.
• Maintain clean, organized practice facilities and promptly attend to guest needs.
• Stage golf carts in a clean and organized manner for member and guest use.
• Clean, charge, and perform basic maintenance on the golf cart fleet.
• Ensure golf bags are stored in designated bag stalls.
• Keep the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality service throughout the golf operation.
