About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Outside Sales for a company located in Cartersville! This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven sales professional with industry relationships and a strong hunter mentality. The role focuses on developing new business, visiting customers in person, building long-term relationships, and generating sales growth throughout Georgia.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in kitchen cabinets, building materials, flowing, countertops, millwork, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Existing Georgia market relationships are a major plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Georgia.
  • Basic computer skills for email, CRM, and quotations.
  • Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with cabinet dealers, builders, contractors, remodelers, and distributors.
  • Visit prospects and customer regularly throughout Georgia.
  • Present company products, programs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Generate quotations and coordinate with internal team for pricing and order support.
  • Follow up on leads from trade shows, referrals, and company marketing efforts.
  • Track pipeline activity, customer visits, and opportunities.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with management team to expand territory sales.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
