About The Position

The Assurance Group is hiring and training agents for its National Marketing Organization. Experienced insurance agents may apply, but insurance experience is not required; the company has trained people from a range of other industries to represent life, health, and fixed index annuity products. Agents meet clients in person, including potential clients who have requested information, and help them understand what they qualify for. This is not a work-from-home role, and reliable transportation is required.

The role offers company-provided leads, training and ongoing real-time support, and the freedom to set and manage your own hours. It is a commission sales role. The Assurance Group is a family-owned organization established in 1988, with representatives nationwide and more than 20 regional offices. Requirements

• Be self-motivated; this is a commission sales role.
• Have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.
• Have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
• Be good with people.

• Prior insurance-agent experience is welcome but not required.
