About The Position

The Assurance Group is hiring and training agents for its National Marketing Organization to represent life, health, and fixed index annuity products. The role involves meeting clients in person, including potential clients who requested information, and helping them understand what they qualify for. This is not a work-from-home role, and reliable transportation is required. Experienced insurance agents are welcome, but prior experience is not necessary; the company also trains people from other industries. Agents receive company-provided leads, a large carrier lineup, thorough training, ongoing real-time support, and the freedom to set and manage their own hours. The Assurance Group is a family-owned organization founded in 1988, with representatives nationwide and more than 20 regional offices. The company describes its approach as collaborative, career-driven, and agent-centric. Partnership offerings include free leads, company-paid office space, 1099 and W-2 pay options, advanced commissions, bonus and incentive trips, and weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be self-motivated; this is a commission sales role.
Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
Must have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
Must be good with people.

Experience as an insurance agent is welcome but not required.
