About The Position

Nicklas Supply Inc., an employee-owned company specializing in quality kitchen, bath, and plumbing products, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with industry knowledge to grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships. JOB PURPOSE Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, an Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with current clients and recruiting new prospects. They will increase profitability primarily through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and selling products or services outside of the company's physical location. They act as the direct link between the company and its customers, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
