Requirements
- Outside sales experience.
- Ability to work within a regional territory.
- Proficiency in selling SaaS, cloud-based HR and Payroll solutions.
- Understanding of HR management tools, payroll processing, time and attendance, HRIS, benefit administration, background checks, and COBRA compliance.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to adapt to new-age technology.
- Willingness to undergo extensive training.
