About The Position

Leppo Rents, a leader in construction equipment sales, rentals, and service, is seeking a motivated individual to grow and maintain relationships across Ocala and surrounding areas. This role involves representing top-tier brands like Bobcat, driving revenue, and taking ownership of a sales territory. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, providing an opportunity to become a key partner for contractors needing equipment solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience (equipment or related industry preferred)
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Acceptable driving record and willingness to travel within territory
  • Someone who’s competitive, personable, and ready to grow

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships, build confidence, and call on customers.
  • Promote Bobcat products, demonstrate rentals, and grow sales and market presence.
  • Create personalized customer service relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain familiarity with new products.
  • Educate decision-makers on the benefits of using our equipment and emphasize the advantages of working with Bobcat.
  • Continually grow knowledge base on existing and new products (machinery).
  • Keep management informed of significant developments in the territory, including lost sales.
  • Use CRM to maintain a database of customers and customers calling.
  • Schedule and manage sales pipeline.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Attend all sales meetings, trainings, and trade shows as required.
