About The Position

North Creek Roofing is seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead their direct marketing team. This role will focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, with support for canvassing efforts. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Representatives who generate qualified leads and set appointments for In-Home Sales Consultants. This position is critical for driving brand presence in local communities and building a high-performing, energetic team. North Creek Roofing has been serving homeowners throughout the Puget Sound since 1996, offering expert roof replacements, repairs, inspections, and gutter services. Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
Basic technology experience; mobile devices, tablets, industry specific software CRMs
Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts
Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts
Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
