About The Position

PAVE is on a mission to use AI to revolutionize digital vehicle inspections. We leverage state‑of‑the‑art computer vision to power thousands of inspections daily, helping businesses complete faster, more accurate, and more sustainable assessments. Our globally distributed team (Canada & Vietnam) includes AI researchers, ML engineers, product specialists, and software engineers building the next generation of capture and automation tools. The Outside Sales and Support Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support directly to clients in the field. By assisting clients, the consultant will generate new business opportunities and manage ongoing relationships within a designated territory. The role involves proactive outreach to both existing and potential customers, conducting in-person meetings, and providing customized solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication abilities, a result-oriented approach, and the capacity to operate independently. As the primary contact for clients, the consultant will maintain robust relationships and represent the company with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Sales, customer service, or business environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Interest in building a career in sales

Nice To Haves

  • Experience calling on Automotive Retailers
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Assist with client research and outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
