About The Position
Empire Home Remodeling is a growing home improvement company specializing in high-quality solutions including siding, windows, doors, and remodeling services. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, premium products, and a results-driven team culture. We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a fully commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy working directly with homeowners. You’ll be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, and closing sales.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, or in-home sales a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
