About The Position

Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of roofing shingles and building materials for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with 9 locations across the Eastern USA. We are looking for aggressive and self-motivated sales specialist with a hunter mentality who are ready to win and exceed their goals. This role involves managing a sales territory to drive revenue and market share growth by executing approved sales and marketing strategies while delivering top-tier customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3–5 years of inside sales experience ready to transition to outside sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must successfully pass a background and credit check

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the building products industry or working with roofing contractors, builders, or architects is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospects
  • Develop IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors in the assigned territory
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet territory sales goals and support customer needs
  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet regularly with the Branch Manager to review pipeline and territory performance
  • Drive year-over-year growth in sales and product market share
  • Conduct weekly product presentations and program rollouts for contractors and builders
  • Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to customers
  • Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries
  • Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation efforts
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions, meetings, and events
  • Investigate and address product quality issues within the territory
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
