We pride ourselves on professionalism, top-notch craftsmanship, and a sales process that gets the job done the first time. The Role As an Outside Sales Representative , you’ll run pre-qualified leads, meet with homeowners in person, and use a one-call close approach to drive revenue. Your job is simple: build trust, present solutions, and close the deal — all in one appointment. This is a commission only position after training.

Requirements

Proven success in one-call close sales, preferably in home improvement
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence, competitiveness, and a passion for winning
Self-discipline and drive to hit and exceed monthly targets
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Run in-home appointments with pre-set, qualified leads (no cold calling!)
Deliver a polished, consultative sales presentation that results in same-day closes
Educate customers on products, warranties, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM
Work evenings and weekends as needed (homeowners are home then!)
