About The Position

As an Outside Direct Sales Representative, you'll help customers stay connected by introducing them to industry-leading internet, TV, mobile, and phone services while building a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential. You will connect with homeowners in your assigned territory, recommend customized solutions based on each customer's needs, build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish and consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work full-time and on foot for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Passion for sales and helping customers
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
• Knowledge of telecom products and services
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
