We are currently hiring an Outside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Outside Sales Representatives deliver on our core focus of relationship-based pest management. By partnering with our prospective residential and commercial customers, you will perform inspections on residential and commercial properties and help match the right service to protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology, products, and equipment. This role blends field sales, inspections, customer education, and technology-driven documentation, utilizing state-of-the-art tools, products, and equipment. Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile and computer technology are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May - September
Proficiency with iPhone and computer-based technology for inspection, reporting, and customer communication.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required.
Inspectors should anticipate working in various climates.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred.
