Entry Level Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, including students preparing to graduate and recent graduates, to begin a career in sales. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. Outside Sales Representatives partner with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, and social advertising. The position combines remote work with in-field client visits. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions, with stated on-target earnings of $90,000–$100,000 in year one and $100,000–$120,000 in year two. Responsibilities
- Partner with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, and social advertising.
- Prospect and cold call within an assigned territory to build a client base.
