About The Position

Hibu is seeking motivated individuals, including soon-to-be and recent college graduates, to launch or grow a career in sales. The role offers an award-winning training program, mentorship, and a supportive team culture. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. Outside Sales Representatives partner with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, and social advertising. The position combines prospecting and cold calling within an assigned territory with virtual and in-person presentations, client relationship building, and retention. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-field client visits. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Target earnings are $90,000–$100,000 in year one and $110,000–$130,000 in year two.
