Entry Level Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Hibu is seeking motivated entry-level sales candidates, including college students preparing to graduate and recent graduates, for an Outside Sales Representative role. The position focuses on helping small businesses grow through digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEO, and social advertising. Hibu provides three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching, along with mentorship and opportunities to advance into leadership or more advanced sales roles. The role offers a hybrid mix of remote work and in-field client visits. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions, with stated on-target earnings of $85,000–$95,000 in year one and $95,000–$115,000 in year two.

Responsibilities
